• Can I add another driver to my rental agreement?

  The car can be rented by two people, so the other person is entered in the contract as the second driver.

• Does the car I pick up come with full tank?

  Yes, you pick up the car with full tank and return it with full tank as well.

• Can I pick up the car at a location other than your office?

  You can pick up the car at our office or we can drive it to the location you want.

• Can I pick up the car outside your office hours?

  Pick-up of vehicles outside working hours is subject to additional fee of 10.00 EUR per rental.

• How much deposit do I leave?

  The deposit amount depends on the group to which the car you rent belongs.

• Can I leave a cash deposit?

  Yes. You can pay the deposit in cash, by credit card or through the Agency's giro account - with the proviso that if you pay to the account, you must do so before the day of the rental and report it by email.

• What are the additional costs during the car rental that are not covered by the additional insurance?

  These are the costs incurred due to:

  * loss or theft of luggage or personal belongings;

  * fines for traffic violations, improper stopping or parking;

  * wrong types of fuel used;

  * lost, stolen or damaged key;

  * lost, stolen or damaged documents;

  * damages due to negligence;

  * damage to the interior of the car;

  * loss of mandatory equipment (spare wheel, repair kit, etc.);

  * damage to additional equipment:

  * non-compliance with the rules for car maintenance, which are listed in the enclosed service book;

  * damage to the car caused by the use of alcohol or opiates;

  * pulling the car out of the inaccessible area;

  * driving on unpaved roads;

  * overloading of vehicles with passengers or luggage;

  * damage caused by a person not listed in the rental agreement as the main or second driver;

  * damage to wipers and locks on the car;

  * theft or loss of external parts of the car without delivery of a police record;

  * improper use of roof racks

  * loading or unloading of cargo or luggage and their improper disposal on the roof, hood, etc.

• If I have insurance with another company, do I have to take yours as well?

  You do not have to take our insurance, however in case of damage you will be charged for the amount of damage, in accordance with the price list.
