Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required for any long-term rental. The amount and method of payment may vary.
Can the selected vehicle be exchanged for another one?
Yes, if the chosen vehicle is not the right size for you, you can exchange it at any time during the rental period.
Can the contracted vehicle be exchanged for a vehicle of a higher class?
In case of such a replacement, the contract is adapted to the user's needs. If additional rent is realized for a longer or shorter period, it is possible to obtain a discount.
Are there penalties if the vehicle is returned before the agreed deadline?
No, you only pay for the number of days you used the car.
Is there a mileage limit?
In the standard offer, the limit is 3,000 kilometers per month. However, this item can also be adjusted to the individual needs of the user.
Is it possible to rent a vehicle without an A credit rating?
Montenegrocar does not check previous business. We guarantee simple and fast cooperation.
How are the bills due paid?
Individuals can pay their bills according to the dynamics they choose.
At the end of each calendar month, legal entities are provided with an invoice for the services provided.
What services are included in the long-term rental?
Vehicle rental, registration and technical inspection costs, insurance costs, possibility of a replacement vehicle, mobility guarantee (roadside assistance), costs of regular inspections and possible repairs, seasonal tire replacement and purchase of new ones as needed, administrative services, advisory services.

Is there a replacement vehicle service?

Is it allowed to travel outside the borders of Montenegro in a rented vehicle?
Yes, but it must be previously defined in the contract.
