Can I take my pet in a rented car?
We are a pet friendly rental company, and you can take your pets with you following a simple procedure. If you are driving a pet in a rented car, you need to protect the interior of the car, especially the seat, to prevent the interior from stains and simillar.
Does the rented car have the appropriate tires?
As your safety comes first, rented vehicles have tires that meet the manufacturer's recommendations.
Can I make a technical alternation on the car?
In case you need a change in the car, contact our technical service. Only after we issue an approval in writing you can make the agreed technical changes.
Is smoking allowed in the rented car?
After each rental, interior and exterior of the car are thoroughly cleaned. However, smoking is not allowed in our cars, to make sure the car is always impeccably clean and with pleasant aroma inside. Any violation of the smoking ban rules is subject to the fees for the dry cleaning.
What if I do not receive a confirmation email after I complete the booking?
After you make the reservation, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation, double check the data you entered, and, if they are correct, contact our Customer Service.
What types of insurance do you offer?
* CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is collisiona damage waiver. It does not cover damage to the interior of the car, damage to tires and wheels, damage to the under-floor, broken or lost key, damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel and damage caused by you knowingly or negligently;
* TP (Theft Protection) is a waiver that limits your liability in the event the car is stolen. The purchase of this insurance is not mandatory. It is not valid in case of violation of the basic terms and conditions associated with the rental, i.e. if the car was unlocked or the key was left inside when the car was stolen. In this case, you are responsible for the full value of the stolen vehicle.* CDW Plus (Collision Damage Waiver Plus). The purchase of this insurance is not mandatory. With CDW Plus, you partially cover the collision damage. The amount of insurance depends on the car category and the length of the rental
* SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is comprehensive insurance. The purchase of this insurance is not mandatory. With SCDW, there is no share in the cost of the damage or theft. However, if you do not report the damage to the police, you will be liable for the full amount of the damage or theft. It does not cover damage caused to the interior of the car, damage to tires and wheels, damage to the windows and lower gear, damage caused by using the wrong type of fuel, if you lose or break the key and if you caused the damage knowingly or negligently;
* WUG (Wheels Undercarriage and Glass protection). The purchase of this insurance is not mandatory and with it you are released from liability for damage caused to the windows, wheels, undercarriage. The amount of insurance depends on the category of the car and the duration of the rental.* PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) means insurance in the event of an accident, injury and death of a passenger or driver.
If I don't pick up the car on time, how much longer will it be available?
The Non Show is also valid if the user has not picked up the vehicle within one hour from the reserved time/date, unless there is a justified delay in the trip and the user submits proof of it.
Do I need a user account to make a reservation?
You do not have to have a user account to make a reservation.
Can I change my reservation before I pick up the car?
You can change the reservation, free of charge, provided that you notify the Agency of such intention at least 24 hours before the start of the rental of the vehicle.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 24 hours before the start of the rental.
What if I lose a credit card that I used on the website?
You can use another card with your name. If you do not have another card, you will not be able to pick up the car.
Can another person pick up the car for me, if I cannot?
If your name is on the contract and if the payment was made with your credit card, only you can pick up the car.
If the other person cannot pick up the car, can I transfer the reservation to him/her?
